10 triggers example with ProspectIn

Published by Guillaume Portalier on

The trigger functionality has just been released, you have read our article on how to use it, but you still wonder concretely what it allows for? You are in the right place.
In this article, I offer 10 trigger use cases that you can implement with ProspectIn

1/ Connection requests with no note auto-accept + sending of a welcome message

This trigger allows you to automatically accept all invitation requests without note that you will receive, and sending a message that you have previously chosen.

2/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending of a connection request when someone posts a comment on a LinkedIn post

This trigger allows you to automatically export to ProspectIn a prospect who has posted a comment on a LinkedIn post and send him a connection request.

3/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending in a scenario when someone posts a new LinkedIn post with a certain hashtag

This trigger allows you to automatically export to ProspectIn all the authors of posts containing a certain hashtag, and to launch them automatically in a scenario.

4/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending a connection request when someone visits your profile

This trigger allows you to automatically export to ProspectIn all the people who visit your profile and send them a connection request.

5/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending in a scenario when a new prospect appears in a saved Sales Navigator search

This trigger allows you to automatically export to ProspectIn all new prospects that come out on a saved Sales Navigator search and to launch them automatically in a scenario.

6/ Auto-transfer in a campaign when a prospect is tagged as “do not recontact”

This trigger allows you to transfer a prospect from one campaign to another automatically when you assign him a specific tag, for example, a “do not recontact” tag.

7/ Auto-export in your personal CRM when a prospect replies to a message

This trigger allows you to automatically export to your personal CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce …) the prospects who reply to a message.

8/ Auto-export in your personal CRM when a prospect is tagged from a LinkedIn message page

This trigger allows you to automatically export a prospect to your personal CRM when you assign him a specific tag from the messaging page on LinkedIn.

9/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending of a document such as an Ebook via a note and a connection request when someone replies to your LinkedIn post where you offer to send your Ebook to people that post a comment

This trigger allows you to automatically export to ProspectIn CRM the prospects who respond to one of your LinkedIn posts in which you offer an Ebook (for example) to those who respond with a comment, by sending them the link to download your Ebook via an add note.

10/ Auto-export in ProspectIn CRM and sending of a document such as an Ebook via a message when someone replies to your LinkedIn post where you offer to send your Ebook to people that post a comment

This trigger is exactly the same as the one above, with one small difference: while the previous trigger allows you to send your Ebook to people with whom you are not connected (via an add note), this trigger allows you to send your Ebook to people with whom you are already connected (via a message).

These 10 use cases are only examples that should allow you to better understand the multiple possibilities offered by triggers. It’s up to you to create the triggers that will be most effective for you.

If you have any doubt about the feasibility of a trigger, do not hesitate to contact us via chat, we are very responsive. 😁
